here is a transcript of the emails we have had togeter you deceide weather you want to do business with them. Before you make your decession read the website and remember that the inspector does not put the car on a lift it is a visiual inspection and I would like to know whow they can inspect suspension with out a lift?

Hi Ron,

I am sorry you are not happy with your vehicle and the woman who helped you on the phone. I was standing next to her while you talked to her and in no way did she say or do anything wrong. You were rude to her and yelled at her. She nor us has done anything wrong to you. When we looked at your vehicle, there was nothing wrong with the rear end. The suspension handled well. The struts showed no leaking and the vehicle passed the bounce test. If they are now showing leaking, they either were wiped off before we arrived so we would not be able to see this, or they have just started to leak. This is a 73K vehicle that is over ten years old. That is low mileage for the year. That tells me that the vehicle sat a lot. Cars that have sat a lot have seal issues once they are put back into use on a regular basis. This may have something to do with what you are experiencing. This is exactly why we tell our customers that they have 14 days from the time the the report is available for you to view to let us know of any issues. Things do fail and will. If we feel we missed something and it is within the 14 day period, we can refund you up to the amount you paid us to do the inspection. There are all things you agreed to on three different occasions during the process of ordering, logging into our site, and viewing your report. Again. We are sorry you are having issues but this was not something we missed. Since you mentioned you may escalate this, I will put our Lawyer's info below. Feel free to have yourself or your lawyer give him a call. We wish you many years of service with your vehicle.     Sincerely,   Team at Lemon Squad   Paul Godfread

Hello,

I just spoke with your representative and she was quite in-attentive to my needs, and defensive of your company and not in getting the problem correct. SO I am writing you before I go ahead and escalate this to another level. I called to inform you her that the person who inspected this car did not do so as they stated the suspension was fine and I have two inspection this week from pep-boys and insight automotive in Johnston, RI  that this car needs both side of rear assemblies. This does not wear out in 3 months.  I bought a 3 rd party warranty which I will see if they cover it but I know I will have an issue from them as they are going to say it is a preexisting condition.

I relied on your expertise of hiring a professional person to inspect the car, and the car was not put on a lift, you can not check a car without putting the car on a lift. I know as I called the dealer and ask him today if the person put it on the lift.

You need to explain in your services if you are not providing true inspections. I have 30 years in the car business and know what steps should be done in an inspection and you stated in your ad that these were being done, but obviously it was not.

So what are  you going to do fire the guy sue him what as I am left holding the bag.!
