I’ve been trying to file a claim for days and I just get emails saying that they’ll get back to me as soon as they can, which seems to be never. The only thing that they do well is take money from my account. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them. Unacceptable delay taking a claim UNK
They are awful to do business with, they have no published phone number. They want you to only use their app which doesn't work well.
I have been trying to file a claim for days but I can't because the app doesn't work and my emails get an automated response saying they'll get back to me as soon as they are able, which seems like never.
The only thing that they do well is take your money.
