Complaint Review: Len Butticci

I have had the unfortunate experience in working with Len Butticci from Pickering / Toronto, Ontario for over a year. Throughout my professional relationship with him, Len displayed an extraordinary amount of deceptive and incompetent behaviour. 

Len, who I believe is a pathological liar, regularly makes claims and promises that he either unable or unwilling to keep. Len and I worked on a joint venture for over a year. Throughout my experience with him, he did not deliver anything he promised he would. Getting him to keep schedules and meet deadlines turned out to be an impossible challenge.

Numerous times, he would say "I can get this done in a day or two", only to disappear for weeks with no feedback. I have had 18 year old interns who are more competent and responsible than Len Butticci. 

Len Butticci also operates from a place of paranoia, he thinks everyone is out to get him. This mindset leads him to behave in destructive ways and is a huge impediment to progress. 

I wrote this so other people can have an idea, before they get into business with Len, the kind of person he is.
