Len Harris owns what he calls an "online help" book called List List Crazy (Advanced Listing System). He is a realtor, and the "book" is geared towards helping realtors get more listings and make more money. The about part of the website boasts about Len's life and how much money he makes, etc. However, please do not be deceived by this person! He cheated me out of $200.

I am a freelance writer and college student. I replied to an add on Craigslist by Len Harris; he was looking for an editor for his online "book." I edited a test page for him, and he hired me over email to edit the rest of his website. We agreed I would be paid $90.

I did the work in a short turn around time and sent it to him. He mailed me a money order for $100 and offered me more work. This time, he wanted me to ghostwrite a chapter for his "book" and agreed to pay me $200. I wrote the chapter, and made revisions several times until it was exactly how he wanted it. He accepted it, posted it to the website, and said he would send my payment.

Weeks passed and I never received payment. I contacted him several times through email. He responsed by saying it would be sent soon, etc. But it never was and it became obvious that I had been cheated out of my pay for services rendered.

I emailed again, politely asking for him to pay the amount he owes. My attempts were futile. He even went so far as to say my work was not good enough to be accepted and he had to hire others to edit the pages I already edited. I know for a fact this is not true; when I returned the edited pages and the new chapter, I received emails from him praising my work and accepting it. Plus, the website shows no changes from the edits I made.

If he can boast about making so much money on his website and praise me for my services, why can he not pay me the agreed upon amount? I have ample email evidence supporting my claims. This man is a horrible liar and scammer. Please do not do business with him under any circumstance.

His "book" website is not free. He charges people to gain full access to it. Do not pay for this website, and do not do any real estate business with him either! Len Harris will cheat you out of your money!
