Lender Services Direct Confirmation e mail sent for amount to do a loan signing- will not pay RIPOFF Mission Viejo California
I was contacted by Daniel Espinosa on June 22, 2005 to close a loan in my area of California (Palmdale) and agreed payment was $70.00. Daniel sent a confimation e mail for this amount. I printed out the documents and closed the loan. Daniel contacted me again and agreed to pay $95.00 for another loan. I again, followed instructions and again no payment.
I called Daniel, he said the accounting Department was 60 days behind. I left messages for both parties. I followed their instructions and they will not pay. They will not return phone calls or respond to a certified letter sent to them. I am going to file A Small Claims report because it is a matter of principal and good work Ethic.
This company is a RIP OFF to all independent notaries. My question is that they have charged the customer MORE than what we get paid as notaries and yet we are not paid. Isn't this FRAUD???
I have been on Signing AGent Forums and have seen at least five posts from other notaries that are having the same problem. This company should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Thank you,
