Atif Malik is a liar/ fraud and thief. I am a property agent I find properties for people and charge a commission from the seller. Atif Malik refused to pay me my agreed commission unless I sold another property for him. He deliberately misdescribed a property to my cash buyer and does not pass on the rent to another client of mine. Properties MC (rentals). He thinks short term about how much he can rip people off. Steer clear of him.
