LSI Mortgage or Mortgage Plus is one of the most fraudulent and misrepresenting mortgage lenders I've tried to do business with. I too have. A 700 plus credit score, 30+ percent equity in my house. They said. A 7-10 day closing on a refinance. I'm 60 days into this, have spent $400 and have been ran around more than I ever have in the two refinances we've done on this house we've been in for 12 years. They give you one rate to pull you in and then when you are so worn out, they raise your rate up right before closing with no warning. Of course the moron person you're working with plays dumb and acts like he has no idea why this happened. This fraudulent lender must be shut down before they do this to other sheep who are led astray by their tactics! I was a really or for years and never saw anything like this. They have messed with the wrong person though!
