My brother hired Peter Lennington ESQ. to represent our Mom's estate in her probate/will.

Mr Lennigton acted as if he represented both my sister and myself meanhile only representing my brother (which he only e-mailed me after our final court case).  He was very unprofessional and rude on every occasion.  We are still grieving the loss of our Mom, that we loved very much.  When I went into Mr. Lennington's office at hs request way out in St. Paul duing rush hour which took hours from Minnetonka, we had to sign papers.  He greeted me by saying that my Dad left a lo of Debt  It was my Mom not my Dad that died.  I knew the minute I had to point that out to him, that it was my MOM that died ot my DAD, that my brother did not pick the best attorney for this matter.  He then proceeded to call my Mom by the wrong name, which only made thngs worse.  He told me and my sister both that we did not have to go to court, yet we did, and he did not contact us or give us the court date for my Mom's estate, and we were named in the will as heirs.

He is very rude, he got into an arguing match with me, insinuating that I would not pay for my Mother's grave stone.  This really happened, and while I was grieving and I repeatedly told him I would pay for it and he continued to insult me by saing I would not

When the case closed and it was time for him and my brother to pay their share of the proceeds which the judge legally ordered him to do yesteray, he does not respond to me in a timely manner, and when he did it was to say he did not represent me or my sister, and it could be weeks before we see the checks the judge ordered him to give us yesterday.  Al this, and I had this supervised by the court...imagine if it wasn't supervised by the courts.
