Ordered gun safes from website described as a "Set of 3." upon arrival, the three items were not a set, but actually three distinct gun safes with different keys- what a hassle. So, I asked company to accept a return authorization and mail lable to return merchandise not as represented. This was not a "set."  Company refused to provide a return mailing lable so I mailed insured the three gun safes back them, and company only issued a credit for the merchandise, not the shipping they sent to me nor the shipping i spent to return to them.

When I protested the purchase with my credit card provider, the company now claims they do not refund shipping for merchandise returned "damaged or worn." Incredible BS since the merchandise was never opened,and damage would be insured by USPS prepaid.

Company is disreputable, disrespects the buyer and gives you the usual 800 number dilaing tree to speak with a real person.

PASS ON DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.
