Lenovo (IBM) Atlanta call center denies all warranty requests......Lenovo employees will demand that you run a battery of tests and attempt to fix the machine yourself. I have"On-site" warranty but it is useless because Lenovo employees blame everything on Microsoft and therefore, support is denied. If you are obstinate........the technician passes the phone off to another schmuck who insists you have damages the machine with your applications, support denied.

This in effect is a de facto denial of all warranty coverage......they will send you software for an additional $45 however.

Lenovo has no resemblance to the proud IBM heritage........it is truly a paradigm of what the chinese do best...........they copy the business and products of the west.

One odd thing about the Atlanta Support Center.......it seems to be entirely staffed by African natives.....they claim to have dual citizenship.........but I find it amazing that there are so many of them there. As you would expect.....their english is terrible and competence is a joke.
