Lenovo Delfina Rivera Terrible Customer Support - Detrimental and Slow Morrisville North Carolina

So Ive been having issues with my laptop for a long while now (it has been over 6 months of sending this laptop back and forth). If you look my other forum thread, it is me going back and forth with Lenovo because of faulty issues with my laptop. I finally got my issue escalated and had management take a look. 

The useless case manager that I had was named Delfina Rivera. She not only took so long to reply to me that it voided my warranty; she also just closed my case before we resolved the issue. She has been terribly incompetent at her job and from what I have looked into,other people who had her as their case manager have also had the same issue.

This is utterly unacceptable, now I am without a working laptop, due to Lenovo technicians inability to fix my issue and I am without a replacement because of Delfina Rivera's rude attitude.
