Nov 11,2002. Good Afternoon... this is Andrew Horace, a customer who was called by one of "LENOX CAPITAL" REPRESENTTATIVES, I spoke with a lady name "NANCY GOLDEN" However this lady was giving me a great offer anyone couldn't refuse. The offer was an credit card with a limit of 2500.00, i was already pre-approved so she say, although she start verifying to me the great benefits that comes along with this credit card...an 100 dollar check which I can cash and spend, 50 dollars in gas money,and a trip for 3-day two night vacation to a destination of my choice. So I was wondering all this and what do I have to do or give, and "Nancy stated a one time fee of only 221.95 with no anuaual fee.

"Nancy Golden" asked if i had an checking account and i said "yes" so she ask me for my acount number and all the other information.I gave that info to her to clarify that i do have a checking account.On the other hand she transfered my call to another representative, so i had to re-state the information to a man name "Eric", i did and that was that...i was done. So i was just waiting for my card to arrive.

Dec 3,2002 I was at work and the Bank called me and Mario Rodriquez said I had to make an deposit for 221.95 and I said a deposite of 221.95... i didnt make that withdrawal,I had to hang up because i was busy so i told him ill call him back.So when i hung up the phone i thought about that 221.95, i told "Nancy" that i will send the payment in, i didnt give her permission to go into my checking account!!!!!! So that evening when i got off work i went to the bank and ask can i have an transaction printed so he printed me one and i saw "LENOX CAPITAL"...221.95 And I told the man I didn't give them permission to go into my checking account because i was going to send them the bill through the mail. And he was saying I must have giving them access to my account and I said "yes" to clarify that I have an checking account and he said he coundlnt do anything until he hears from the company.

So when I got home I tried calling the number "NACY' gave to me 678-239-0133 and I got no answer no whats so ever...I got so furious because I didnt know which way to turn because they got my money and i didnt get their card!. And im not going to let them get away with this behavior, cause noone isnt going to take something from me that i work hard for..people dont have that kind of money to just let someone take it away from them.

ps...please stop these people, why is it so difficult for them to be caught, they are taking from millions are more, last but not least help me get my money back please .
