Complaint Review: Lenox Capital

I was contacted by phone, with a great offer for a credit card. I talked with them , only to call back to withdrawl my offer and not to take my money. They took my money and I was told to have my refund report sent back to them. I sent the refund report back but was told They did not have proof that they indeed took my 221.95 from my account.

I have called talked paid for my phone call's to get nowhere or my money back. I couldn't even talk to a Supervisor, so they say each time , because they either steeped out for Lunch, Diner, or was not there. I have tried effortsly, to be patient but they seem to care less and by the way they lose a converstion that was over the phone, even when you tell them not to take the money out, except for what they want to keep.
