Complaint Review: Lenox Capital

Would like to find these a-holes .....

Cheri thanks for the help but it didn't go far with the bank. they let me fill out a form inorder to get my money back and i have been fighting this day by day. they said they would credit my money back and if they cant get their money back from lenox capital then they would take the same amount back from me. they said it was totally up to lenox capital to go threw with the investigatin or just say no, we don't want to look at this...

i think that is ridiculous, they should have to go threw with it. laws like that only make it easyer for someone to do stuff like this to people like me and all the others on ripoffreport.com. i am having a real bad few weeks not only because of this matter but other personal matters 2. but it's just about putting me over the edge! i don't care if people think that 221.95 is just a small chunk of money. it's not just the money.

it's the fact that every day as we all post our comments on this site, they are ripping off more and more people. how is this gonna end? if anyone is serious about slaping a law suit on these sacm artests let me know. i probably won't be ably to help knowing that i a currently moneyless but i will be there for support. please keep me updated on this. my aol e-mail address is [Removed by MSP -RoR] {{{Contact via rebuttal}}}
