Complaint Review: Lenox Capital

This company has taken $221.00 from my bank account with a zero return. Each follow-up call I have made to them has resulted in lies and stall tactics. They have promised to refund my money, but each time the give me a new date first it was three weeks after my request for refund was received....I sent the request overnite mail. Four weeks later they gave me a date of March 7...on March 12 they told me I would get my refund in April.....
