Lens Doctor Took my money; sent no product. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A RECORDING THAT SAYS THEY'RE CLOSED!! Marlboro Massachusetts
I responded to a T.V. ad for Lens Doctor at the listed address. The next day, I tried to cancel the order, having read that it was a scam. The "customer service" number connected me with a recording saying, "We are closed, please call again." Lens Doctor costs $14.95 per bottle. My Visa Check Card was charged $37.80. paid to "CPI Lens Doctor, Marlboro 01" Having been charged more than double the price of the product and receiving nothing AND not being able to receive any "customer service", I must conclude that I have been a victim of fraud. I have read customer complaints about this company from as far back as 2006 and I'm wondering where our law enforcement officials are? Isn't it illegal to steal from people. And WHY is Lens Doctor still being allowed to advertise on national television?
