 I ordered a pair of lenses and paid for express delivery but my lenses did not came and it was late for three weeks. Alex the one who manage the company said he will get back to me but to no avail, i tried so many times to contact them but also to no avail. i stated i want my refund back but he ignored me and doesnt want to give me. He gave me a new tracking number but that tracking number was wrong and it was to another country. He gave me another tracking number and i have waited for more than a week but still the product has no progress of being ship. Alex is readily to give up on you as a lost customer than help you with anything. The company is unreliable and not trustworthy. i will be treating this like a scam as the money i paid for was long gone. whatever you do, purchase it from the original store. DONT PURCHASE IT FROM LENSMARKETPLACE!!! IF YOU DECIDE TO HAVE A GO. GOOD LUCK.
