LensCrafters in SouthCenter Mall Tukwila WA. While placing my order, I inquired about hard to clean smudges on lens, She told me the Premium AR lens were smudge free. 1. First misleading deceitful statement to a customer.
2. I called LensCrafters, now I'm told they are not smudge free, I have to buy their lens cleaning kit.
According to Lenscrafters reply, an extra coating is put on their lens to make it a "Premium AR lens". It is middle of September and I have no response from LensCrafters, . Never do business with misleading deceitful business. My lens are hard to clean, attract dust, they do not rest or touch skin, no matter how I clean and clean.
