Lenscrafters AT Square One Shopping Centre . 100 City Centre Drive , Mississauga , Ont. Also known as LUXOTTICA Canada. I have been a customer for many years and was refused Replacement glasses even after paying for the extended warranty the company sells. I thought i would be safe with these fools , but they did not help me out. I am on a fixed income and retired so i bought the warranty because they suck you into it. I had an accident with my specs and they refused to replace them. Now i have to use my old outdated pair. These people should be locked up, the bunch of them and throw away the key. I don't need this s**t from snotnose , wanabee managers that think they know all and pick on the helpless people. Everyone do yourselves a favor and stay away from their stores.

So, they "suck you in" to the warranty and then if you're old and helpless, they just go ahead and rip you off...right?
You must have an agency in Canada where you can report breaches of contract...IF that's what happened.
You sure are a "potty mouth" for an old retired person.
