Leon Klepfish is a spammer who sends out many emails promoting various affliate programs. I bought the squeeze page generator software from him and it does not work for html hosted web platforms as the code works PHP. I explained to Leon Klepfish that this program was of no value to me and that since I couldnt use the software I would like a refund. Leon refuses to stand behind his product and ignored my emails when requesting a refund. Avoid Leon Klepfish

Here is his latest spam email. I will post more as I get them

This thread should be removed...

If Leon is innocent (and I believe he is) then this thread should be removed. Furthermore, Joe Richey should be restricted from posting any further comments to this web site.

I am so tired of seeing "Joe Richey stinks" comments and he somehow remains in business. Gotta give him credit for that! I don't know how he does it with all this negative press. It has to be a full-time job running around all these web sites trying to defend yourself, Joey!

It's a shame you keep managing to change your name and escape justice...some day I'm sure, but it can't come soon enough. Let's hope 2006 is the year everyone!

You are welcome Leon, all of Joe Richeys victims know what a scum bag he is and that this was just a reverse scam that he was pulling on you.

I am sure your good name still stands and if anyone ever questions it, just send them here to check out the A-HOLE named Joe Richey who fraudelantly filed it against you.

This Report was filed by Joe Richey. This Report is false and a cover up to his own scam on this website and all over the Internet.

He as resorted to filing Reports on those he ripped off and who are speaking out about his scam. Joe Richey thinks becuase he has BBB support he is good to go. We all know about the BBB. Birds of a feather...

Almost certainly Joe is the crook here

Leon, if you can verify that the Joe you are dealing with is Joe Richey of swapselltrade in OR then you are most certainly the victim here.

He has scammed many many people and you are right, he was trying to get your software for FREE and never intended to pay you. Check out Joe Richey on this site and Google him and his company swapselltrade and you will see he has hundreds of complaints against him.

Let us know if your records indicate this is the Joe in question and if it is, please post it here. If it is, your reputation should be fine as anyone can verify this guy is a scumbag and was intentionally trying to cheat you, as he has cheated me and many many others in the past.

Good luck and we will be looking forward to your response.

What Really Happened

#8REBUTTAL Individual responds

Mon, December 26, 2005

Here is what really happened.

Joe bought my software on December 16. About 5 minutes later he files a complaint with PayPal's resolution department. At this point he had not sent me a single email about the problem that he was having. I replied to PayPal saying exactly that, and that I will contact the buyer and help them get everything set up.

I then sent Joe an email saying that getting the software to work is very easy, and that I can help him if he just cancels the complaint.

Joe never replies.

About a week later, PayPal finished investigating the case, and in their own words: "We have completed our investigation of this case. We have denied this claim and a refund will not be issued."

A few days pass, and he emails me with some vauge threats in all caps and screaming for a refund. He never mentioned the product or what he wanted a refund for so I replied, asking him what product this was about and if there was anything I could do to fix the problems he was having.

He simply replied with a link to this page.

I replied, letting him know that the page was libel and that I will help him if he removes it.

He said that he would delete it if I refunded the money.

Fine, he didn't deserve a refund since he had never contacted me for help, but he was dragging my business through the mud so I sent it.

Then he replied that he decided he wouldn't delete the page, regardless.

It seems to me that Joe never had any intent of conducting a fair transaction and was simply trying to get a copy of my product for free. That is fraud.

The problem he says he is having is very simple to fix, since all current hosting companies run PHP, and I would have helped him get it running in 5 minutes if he had ever asked me. He has not once sent me an email explaining his problem and asking for help.

And it looks like Joe didn't have enough to go on for a report so he had to resort to sticking in a spam accusation in every other sentence.

For the record, I run a newsletter. Not one single person who recieves it did not specifically subscribe, including Joe himself. Every single email has a functioning instant unsubscribe link.

Joe never seemed to have any problems getting my emails before, and as of my writing still has not unsubscribed, even though he could do it in 10 seconds. I have now made sure that he can never sign up again.

Thank you,

Leon Klepfish
