These guys hold a live in house auction and a simultaneous online auction and say that your online bid will be the starting bid. Well I placed my bid, won the item and was sent the invoice which I promptly paid and than I never heard from these guys again!! I got no satisfaction from my phone calls or no reply from my emails. Luckily for me I paid with paypal and after 2 weeks I reported the item not received and after another 2 weeks I was given a refund by paypal. And in the whole 4 weeks time that my money was tied up, neither me nor paypal ever heard from these folks. My suspicion is that they just did not like the winning bid and simply choose to ignore it and let paypal reverse the transaction. So with business practices like that I'm sure this company has no integrity at all. A total waste of my time.
