Leonardo Seecharan landlord and real estate scammer took money for rents with bills included at $1400 +$300 (bills) . He made me believe that at the end of the lease agreement all bills shall be calculated and balance refunded back to us cash in hand without any Hassel. We paid our rent's without any default on time with interactive email transfer records as proof.
After the end of our lease we requested for the bills so as to do the calculations but leonard is no where to be found and when I call him with an unknown number he picks up the realises who is on the call , this scammed of a realtor is surprised then says he has been busy with work or is travelling or he is on vacation . Excuses all the time but he sells houses in Canada while being on vacation in space counting the stars .
I am out almost $1200 on uncalculated bills . He is a realtor and house owner who will go extra miles to entice you with sweet words to sell you a house and a second mortgage to put u into debts or he will get you to rent one of his old houses at a ridiculously high rates paying unnecessary bills which not be refunded to you as promised.

1.he is very calm and charming so as to get your money
2.has sweet words to make you believe in him
3.lies while looking into your eyes with confidence
4.shows fake empathy so as to sell you a house
5.will take your money then be on vacation whenever you call him
6.will never reply your what's app message but comes online to read then vanishes
7.money touches his hands and never leave's
