Do not buy any stuff from this store! Terrible customer service and totally scam business. I custom a jacket at this location on Nov 22, 2019.
When I order this jacket, the manager Robert(a complete liar) said this jacket will arrive at my place 4 weeks before the Chinese New year. I called this store the first time on Dec 30. Robert changed his word to 6 weeks because it is hand made in Montreal. The second time I called them is on Jan 18, 2020. It is almost 8 weeks but I still did not receive the jacket.
Robert said it will take 8 weeks because they took 2 weeks off on Christmas holiday. The third time I called him on Jan 22,2020. Robert said that they mailed the jacket to me last Monday. I am suppose to receive the jacket in one week but he did not give me any tracking number. Now is February 1st, I still did not receive the jacket. Such a liar!
I emailed the company’s official email address on Jan 1st,2020 but I did not have any reply back. Every time they said they will call me back but they never call me back. Do not take any work they said.
