Complaint Review: Leonore Dalmacio

To whom it may concern:

Leonore Dalmacio aka Ghie Alcantara is ripping off people in New York City using different Craigslist ads. In some ads she offers tax services and in others she offers to book rooms in Brooklyn hotels at a discounted price. None of it is real. After a lengthy email conversation she will ask you to meet her at a public place and she will provide you with fake documents. In my case I needed a cheap insurance policy and I paid her $150 up front. She gave me documents from State Farm that looked real and also showed me some kind of insurance agent ID.

She also told me that she had another business of booking cheap hotel rooms in Brooklyn.

When I went to register my car I found out that the insurance policy was fake. The police is investigating.

She goes by the name of Ghie Alcantara but when I researched online other similar cases I found another person that posted her real name Leonor Dalmacio and several pictures of her.

She has a social media account but I’m not sure if that’s even her or not.

She is a pregnant woman in her late 40’s or 50’s Asian around 5” tall.
