Lerner and Rowe seteled a claim for the insureds maximum ($15,000) and never approached my insurance company for the under insured coverage I have.
As a result of them wanting a quick $5,000.00, (1/3 of the settlement) I could have received an additional $15,000 from my insurance company.
Lerner and Rowe is an insurance claim mill. "Get the quick buck" ann move on.
I can only assume, although they would have received an additional $5,000.00, the time it would have taken to collect the money, they could process 10 + more cases for the quick settlement.
Lerner and Rowe is all ad little action.

If you didn't like the amount why did you agree to it?

Also what was the amount of your damages?  Insurance is meant to make you whole not as a money maker.  Did they exceed the 15K(10K) you got from their insurance company.  If they did exceed the amount and as long as you haven't already settled with YOUR insurance company why don't you make a claim on the underinsured amount separatly.
