On 7/29/2013 I ordered ConceiveEasy supplements. The websites boasts of a a no risk easy 30 day trial. I submitted an email on 8/23/2013 to cancel and they still charged me 79.90. They said I did not submit my cancel email in time, I told them I have the email. They were no interested in seeing them. I asked to speak to a manager. After long resistance with a service rep, I was hung up on. I was called back and offered a $39.99 refund if I return 1 bottle or I can keep it. Not acceptable. I will return the partially used bottle and the unused bottle for the full refund as they promise in on their website. I have already filed a dispute with my bank so no response is needed. Others need to know if they use this 30 day trial they can kiss $79.90 goodbye.
What a horrible way to capitalize on women who are desperate to try to have a family!!!
