Leroy's Jewelers Boardman Ohio
I took my ring into Leroy's Jewlers to have it resized. They stripped so much of the gold off that my band literally snapped in half. I went back to the store to ask them to fix it ..but because it was after the 6 month warranty, they would not help. I spoke with the manager at the store and he admitted that the sauter job was terrible, he said he would do me a favor and instead of charging me $425, he would charge $145. I am not sure where the $425 came from as another jewelry store quoted $175. Pretty sure that number was thrown out there to make me feel like I was getting a deal. They took way too much gold off and I already paid them once, why should I pay them to fix their mistake. Absolute horrible customer service. I will never go into that store ever again and I highly recommend everyone stay out of that store. They will rip you off in a minute. They do not care about their customers.
