 Les called & emailed me multiple times wanting information & then currant picures & then More pictures of the backs So I kept running around supplying it all for him. Then it go to the point where he wanted me to focus on the wattage listed on the back of the jBL Powered Speakers  he was wanting me to look at & by the wattage on the back of the speaker...& everybody that knows anything about electronics knows d**n good & well that, that is the AC line Wattage, not amplifier RMS wattage, which shows only 160. That's where I started to smell a rat. And sure enough, he was playing me for a fool & trying to trick me by making me think they were only 160 watts & get me to accept  some lowball offer. I went & looked it up with JBL & The conservitave Wattage was 300 Watts Low Freq & 100. Watts Hi Freq or 400. watts & can easly produce 4-500 Watts anyway. People Know these speakers Rock & I was only asking $400. for both which was very reasonible. A person could easily spend $4-$5000. on home audio to get the same results. So the price was a Song & a Dance anyway. Anyway after that I didn't hear from him till the next day But he called wanting to come over to buy them got my address & was supposed to be comming over right away. After a long dealyAs soon as you have my address  & were coming over to buy them you make a lame bullshit emergency excuse & said he would call right back. Then when I heard nothing Back I texted him & after a long delay(a couple of hours I got a text that's he changed his mind & was going to spend a $1200 to get newer ones after that, So know I've got to wonder how immediately his emergency caused him to have a change of heart on the purchasing my speakers & switch to a whole different price point of JBL's all together.

 Let me guess at what could have happened in the 20 minutes when you were on your way over here... There's a dying person you pulled out of the middle of the street after there hit by a car & this person just happened to have a JBL T-shirt on & as u dragged the dying body off the road it you had a little day dream about JBL's that's caused you to & u envision having even better ones & pending more like a $1000 or $2000 on even bigger & bad-er    pair of JBL's & it all magicly came into your mind  a s you staired into space in a dream after seeing this dead guy's JBL - Harmon International T-shirt you'd been stairing at completely rearanged all your expectations 10 fold & never mind the Dead Guy, you couldn't wait to get home & look up some more on jbl's & all just in the nick of time just before you could  make over here or follow thru with buying the ones you said you were comming over here to buy and which I would have expected you to, because not only were they in the condition I said they were & we both know I'd run around satisfying everything you wanted getting you all the spec's even including sending you pictures of the exact speakers so it was etched in stone that they were the same ones u'd already seen as u requested, making it all an even more right on deal for Les, But no he couldn't steal them for half or less of the price I was asking so he simply defualted after he had my address & was suppose to be over the very next thing 15 or 20 minutes. If He will do this over a screeming deal of $400. for JBL's that are like Jet Engines, you'll never find these for less than that, more like $400 a peice. But much of a weasle could he be on a 100, -200K real estate deal if he can get away with it. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could through him if you know what I mean... Two Thumbs Down !

Misrepresentation made me change my mind

I contacted the young man regarding the JBL Eons that he posted on Craigslist. The only pictures supplied online were pictures of the front on the speakers. I asked him questions regarding the specifications of the speakers and I kept getting the run around. The 1st time i asked about the wattage of the speakers he stated " I don,t know, but they are F-ing loud". Since I didnt get a straight answer I asked for a picture of the rear of the speakers. He then sent me another picture of the front of the speakers. I asked again for a picture of the rear of the speakers and he sent me a picture of the rear of the speakers at a distance. I asked him to take a picture of the sticker on the rear of the speaker and he would not send it. He stated that they were 400 watt Eon G-2 but when I went back to the ad on Craigslist and looked at the ad closely again (which is still listed) it clearly states that they are JBL Eon 15-p1 which are 130 watt speakers. Since the music that I play requires high volume and lots of power his speakers were no good to me. I feel that he misrepresented what he was selling so I exercised my right to change my mind. I then went to Sam Ash and purchased a brand new pair of 1000 Watt Eons which came with a 2 year warranty. I also feel that since I was attempting to purchase a pair of speakers from him as an individual and Real estate had nothing to do with it, he had no right to use the name of my Real Estate company to try and slander my name, see the actual ad below;
