Traded my Dodge for a new Dura-max. I put the Firestone Ride-Rite air bags from my old truck on the new truck, no problems. Bought new and slightly larger tires from LS. I was loading up for elk hunting and noticed one of the air bags was flat and had a hole in it from the tire rubbing it. Went to LS and said stuff happens and if they would give me a good deal on a new air bag I would be happy. Well they offered me $20 dollars off. I told them that was unsatisfactory and they really should pay for the entire replacement. Long story short they say it is my fault for putting the wrong air bags on my truck. I give up. They are in fact wrong, but were OK till they put the new tires on. I contend that they are at blame for not checking the tire clearance. I have been hung up on by Mike the store manager. My LAST conversation was with Steve Duke in Prineville. I told him this whole ordeal is not worth my time and to just forget it. He said that wasn't right and would get back to me. He has not. I have spent thousands of dollars at LS over the years and cannot believe they would want to loose a good customer over nothing! If they would have sold me the dang thing at their cost it would have been over and I would be happy. I just bought snow tires and wheels for my wifes new car from the Tire Rack online.
