Les Schwab lousy faulty service Monroe Washington
On Dec 21st I brought my truck in for CV boots and was told when replacing CV boots you must have an alignment also. I agreed to the work and was told it would take 2 hours. Five hours later my truck was finally finished. I was given the alignment free to make up for 3 hours of my time. I was told that it took so long since my alignment was so horribly off.
After 2 weeks of my truck randomly jerking to the right or left side, I called Les Schwab and said my alignment was supposedly so horrible before you corrected it, but it drives worse than ever. I was told they probably aligned it to the 2004 specs. My truck is a 2003. I was then told my tie rod needed to be replaced.
I brought my truck in again three weeks later for the tie rod, was called and told my truck was finished, but my CV boot was torn and leaking. They recommened I replace it. When they were told that they had just replaced it in December, they were quick to offer to replace it for free. (I would hope so)
They never aligned my truck after replacing the CV boot again and I was told that it was not needed. Huh, very conflicting advice. When I pointed out that they were the ones who told me I have to have it done after a CV boo replacement, I was given a credit for an alignment.
I went to take my truck home only to find that it was leaking gear oil, which they admitted to over filling.
My truck is once again jumping from side to side, but you will find me at Goodyear getting it aligned, as I will never bring another vehicle of mine to Les Schwab in Monroe. After being a loyal customer since 1991, they have lost not only my business, but any recommendation I would ever give them.
