Complaint Review: Leslie Castle

Leslie and her family came to New York for vaction and stayed for one week. My company provided her and her family apartment accomadations. My company provides alternative hotel accomodations which are fully furnished apartments which have full kitchens, bedrooms, ect.

After Leslie returned home to Utah, she filed a charge back with American Express stating the item was never received. American Express fully refunded her money, thus I paid for her and her families vacation out of my own pocket.

Please be aware of Leslie and her family. She seems like a nice person, but she will rob you of all your money and take advantage of your service and company. She knows that American Express always sides with their client and uses that as her advantage.
