Ist off I was in the process or buying a used mustang, it was approved until the dealer called me and told me it fell though, no reason at all was procented to me. i was approved by captol one finace company, the manager was very rude, make jestures and funny remarks which was in fornt of my 6 year old son. i feel i was descrimanated against and the car was not sold to me, i feel that they might have sold it to another person. Mr dean could not show the car to e and he was sreaming at the salesman that was trying to help us....Please help us ...they were very rude not willing to help, no good explaining and it was totally i feel because we were BLACK and 2 WOMEN!

I also told them NOT to run my credit and they did anyway...It was told to me that they would not, but they lied...that is a fine up to 2500.00 for that...with the FTC.
