Do not buy anything from Less Is Always More from Amazon or anywhere, you will lose your money, the Jeff sent me a non-working Minn Kota trolling motor, he did accept the return but expected me the customer to pay $124 to send a damaged non-working item back,

I think most people would agree, this is highly ridiculous, he compared it to me returning something to Home Depot or Walmart and said they would not pay for my gas to return an item, one thing Home Depot and Walmart is all within a couple of blocks from my house does not cost me $124 in gas to return something plus FedEx is way outside of my network of shopping areas, to have to take this back and return it the whole ordeal was ridiculous,

Jeff was rude and condescending, in his emails he refused to honor the Amazon a-to-z claim, Amazon finally had to pay it after months of chats with Customer Service and Emails because they were not taking phone calls at the time, the whole thing was a nightmare, my money was tied up the whole time, I did not have the money available to replace the motor so my son and I could simply go fishing, this consumed all my time in my days off, save your sanity and buy from someone who has better morals and Customer Service.
