I WAS LOOKING ON AMAZON FOR THE BEST DEAL ON A GARMIN/SIRUS GXM 52 WEATHER RADAR RECIEVER. ALL OTHER LOCATIONS HAD THE INSTALATION CABLES INCLUDED OR EXPLAINED THAT THEY WERE NOT INCLUDED. THE SELLER WORDED THE INCLUSIONS IN SUCH A WAY THAT ONE WOULD THINK THE CABLES WERE INCLUDED BUT THEY ARE NOT. THE NEEDED CABLES COST ME AN ADDITIONAL EIGHTY DOLLARS WHICH WOULD HAVE MADE THIS SELLERS PRICE HIGHER THAT OTHERS THAT HAD ALL NEEDED CABLES INCLUDED. BAD BUSINESS.

This is completely false. You had ordered a model number...a specific UPC. A UPC CANNOT be changed at all or that is illegal. I cannot say I am selling UPC 12345 that comes with 3 items and these are them, and then all the sudden change it. That is illegal and we strive on great customer service and want to give our customers exactly what they had ordered and to ship it very quick. It also clearly said in the listing what you were getting. I am not sure why you would post this because it makes absolutely no sense at all. This is not like buying a car and getting OPTIONS. There is no options when it comes to a UPC specific item. That again is illegal and we give our customers what they order with the best customer service for them as well. Also I will not even post the email you sent to me as it was very rude and cursed in it.
