I have owned so many cars over the years and dealt with many many dealerships. Never in my wildest nightmares would I ever have throught I'd run in the bigest liar, cheat, crook out there. LESTER GLENN
These people are downright EVIL.
They "jury rigged" my rear defroster glid 7 times. It kept breaking because it was inbedded too close to the inside surface. Total defect according to several glass companies. Then an arguments ensued because I was fed up with the temporary fix that only held for a short period of time. Oh course I didn't plan my argument right because I had 2 other issues that parts were ordered. Lester Glenn had the audacity to call me when the parts came in and I made an appointment for 8/11/2010. 8/10/2010 I got a call from the fixed operations manager Kerry Monica and he told me "We are cancelling your appointment and sending your parts back to Hyundai. Dealerships are independantly owned and I don't have to fix your car. Fix it elsewhere". I called Hyundai and they refused to get involved. I made such a stink I eventually went to Brad Benson, who told me "Hyundai told us we don't have to fix your car" then I went to Circle who was told by Hyundai to stop diagnosing my car. So instead of helping Hyundia made the situation worst.
I will never buy a piece of crap Hyundai again nor Will I EVER go to back to those bastards Lester Glenn again even if they were giving away their cars.
Take my advise avoid them at all costs.

i dealt with jon hess and i was treated like a king. jon is taking care of all my problems on my hyundai genesis . these articles would have probably steered me away from lester glenn ,but after getting service like this from jon. i am glad i went
