Let's Craze 9/27/17 ordered a military coat for my husband for Christmas. No coat, no refund, no one responding to daily emails)
My husband is a vet. So for Christmas I ordered him a jacket from Let's Craze. I sent in money thru paypal 9/27/17. Closer it got to Christmas, no coat. So after first of year I went to the website and hit contact them...message page came up, I filled out form and hit send. At that time they bragged they would respond within 24 hours. Of course they did not. The following week, I decided if I bombardecd them with emails they would respond. I sent an email every hour from time I got up till I went to bed. Finally someone named Emma said they ran out, shipment delayed will refund my money. Waited a week..nothing. started again. I told my friends, found out oth er vets were scammed. I emailed our states Lt. Governor and explained what happened asked him what could I do. Alas, he is no better in responding. My husband was ddo exvited about getting this jacket. He served in thhe Army and takes pride in this. I want my money or jacket. They had no problem accepting my money. I will continue to let everyone I know what happened
