Complaint Review: Let's Travel - Amazing Travel

Purchased what was described as "2 Round Trip Airline Tickets" which turned out to be a total FRAUD! Just like the last victim of this company, there was NEVER anything in the item description stating you would have to stay in any hotels at all! They enclosed a slip of paper with the words: "If unhappy with the purchase for any reason, simply return it for a refund".

I stupidly made this purchase on May 23rd or about that date and returned them with a signature card signed by S. Shelby at their address on June 7, 2004 @ 11:02 am. Still I have not recieved my refund. I have made numerous email contacts with "someone" from their co. and they are refusing to refund my money stating the slip of paper inserted with the package goes in EVERY package and they will not refund our money.

I keep explaining to them there was never anything stating these tickets were not refundable nor did it say anywhere in their description of "2 roundtrip airline tickets" did it state you need to book 5-7 nights at a hotel!! This company is a total rip off. Please do not purchase anything from these con artist!
