 I purchased a new Letine NG41 motherboard package.

This new motherboard was shipped without any printed installation Manuel. There was a Chinese language  pamphlet.

I contacted Letine via e-mail asking about additional English language documentation. I never received a answer.

I went to the support section of Letine's home page but there is neither any real support information or ANY down loadable files or documents. From a practical perspective Letine's Home Page consists of empty icons.

I am experienced in installing motherboards, etc.  When  the wires connecting the case were connected the motherboard began a rapid series of "on-off' functions and then went "dead". No further motherboard activity could be initiated.  I believe the BIOS failed.

Letine's home page clearly states that the motherboard has a 13 month warranty.

I emailed, giving details and asked for a replacement motherboard. I never received a reply. I then drafted the
assistance of "Smart Computing Magazine" who contacted Letine. Letine has not responded to either Smart Computing or myself.

Based on this experience I don't feel that Letine products and support are of a satisfactory standard for the English speaking market and therefore I am advising others based on my experience to avoid Letine products.

My request for a replacement is not a unreasonable request.
