Complaint Review: Lets Talk. Promotions 61789

i purchased a phone from lets lalk i was told that i would not pay for phone due to rebates 80$ from lets talk & 50$ from t mobile I recieved 50$ dollar rebate from T mobile no problem.I mailed all info to lets talk i included mail in rebate form,a copy of the proof of purchase form ,of a packing slip.mailed it between April 10th& june 9th. attach a copy of grey lets lalk.com bar sticker code,include copy of second month carrier bill.i

they text me back that my tmobile bill was not sufficent , I called back they said they needed more info ,on my tmobile bill,. so i faxed 4 pages on 5/16/2007 to lets talk showing my t mobile bill they say its not good enough I ask what they want i have given u all info tmobile has given me.So i refax more info on 5/17/2007 i fax 5 pages this time i sent all my tmobile bills,&all info they still wouldnt give me rebate & they said i was no longer eligible.

obviously they just dont want to pay.I also contacted the B.B.B. & filled a complaint so far letstalk hasnt responded to them either i guess when u rip people off u dont have anything to say.i still currently have the phone i payed for but i would like to return for a refund but of course if i do that they will ruin my credit what to do.i have all info sent to them & i will mail fax show to anyone who cares ,dont buy from lets lalk they are thieves
