I cotracted Lets Think About Logistics LLC to transport a truck from Texas to Vermont.They required a direct bank deposit of $510.00 with the balance due on delivery.After repeated delays on their part to pick up the vehicle they informed us that they would be unable to pick up and deliver the vehicle.
They refused to refund the deposit,saying that they had a signed contract.We were not the ones to breech the contract and felt justified in getting our money back.Several phone calls to Tom were made trying to reconcile this.He was verbally abusive and very unfriendly.I am 77 years old with very limited means.This amount of money means a lot to me.
These people are the worst.Don't ever do business with them
