Complaint Review: LetsTalk.com

Do not purchase anything from this company & expect to get a rebate. I did everything down to the letter, & they still made me jump through hoops. Even my Mobile phone company told me that LetsTalk was full of it & giving me the run around. Their rebate system is specifically set up to disqualify the consumer. Worse yet, there is nothing you can do about it.

LetsTalk tells me that my carrier bill does not show enough information from my carrier. That's funny since my carrier bill is from my carrier. I mailed & faxed them my entire carrier bill, & then they say it is missing the bill balance, which I point out to them is on the front page in bold numbers. They say but it shows $0.00, I had to actually tell them that is because I pay my bills in full, if not they will cut my phone off, how stupid is that. Then LetsTalk writes me a letter stating that they cannot find my Bill Balance on my carrier Bill, therefore I am disqualified.

What a rip off. I cannot wait for Congress to change rebate legislation. It sucks what these companies can do, I told LetsTalk that they are a no better than a thief.
