LetsTalk.com Sent a defective phone and would not honor the 30 day return option Dallas Internet
Sent a defective phone as new, and refuses to honor the 30 day return option. Have spent numerous hours trying to resolve the issue with no avail.Asking for all kinds of proofs such as reports from the carrier, and run arounds.
As far as I am concerned these guys are bunch of crooks luring people with low prices and then sending defective products.
My carrier also refuses to help resolve the issue saying I did not purchase the phone from them so I have to deal with these crooks.
If you want peace of mind and good service order your phones directly from either the manufacturer or the carrier it may be a little more but it is worth it.
In my opnion no one should deal with these people.
