LetsTalk.com TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - SHIPPED LATE ALTHOUGH I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT - STOLE THE PHONE San Francisco California

I placed an order on Walmart.com; but they redirected me to LetsTalk.com. I ordered 5 phones from them and paid overnight shipping fees. They shipped my phones 5 days later.
One of the phones was damaged. I immediately call them and requested an exchange. They gave me an RMA# and I shipped the phone back the same day. Two weeks after they signed for the package I could not reach them. On-hold time was terrible. They did not answer my e-mails that I sent from their web site. When I got a hold of their cust representative, he was extremely rude to me; refused to connect me to his supervisor. For more than a week I tried to find out the status of my exchange. Finally, after getting a Walmart.com manager engaged, I got in touch with LetsTalk manager who informed me that my exchange was rejected and they had sent my phone back to me. When the package arrived, the phone was missing from the box. After another terrible customer service experience I had a UPS claim filed. It has been more than 2 weeks since UPS provided LetsTalk with their investigation results. I've been calling and e-mailing LetsTalk every day but I have not been able to get any information regarding my claim.
The worst customer service experience I have ever had.
