Per your discussion with our office on Monday, September 15, 2008, your contract with Level 1 Maintenance was terminated because you continually went to the contracted location to perform services which were not in the scope of work and which required prior approval by Level 1 and the Client. The additional services were not pre-approved prior by Level 1, by the Client, not even by the store manager.

Further investigation by our company with the Store Manager since your termination has shown that you not only did the work without approval, the store manager never asked you to perform these services (as you stated) and all but one signed work ticket was forged.

It is unfortunate that you choose to focus more on placing ads trying to smear our company than focusing on running your company in a proper, professional way. If your claims were in fact legitimate, then when you contacted the Client's corporate office earlier this week, they would have been happy to listen to your concerns and address them with Level 1 which did not happen.
