Level 3 Commnications I have had a few calls from this number. Loans and IRS Frostburg Maryland
I have a few calls from this number. One call i offering me a loan but asking me to send them my credit card information or money to them. Another was pretending to be from the IRS/Social Security. Other call was a hang up.
