Leveragemydebt, Leverage Creations, Speed Racing, 3C Incorporated, Buddy Hodges pricipal continue to violate the Do Not Call laws and continue to hide their Caller ID when calling at all times of the day. Further, in violation of federal law, they do not identify themselves by company name when calling.

They continue to charge outrageous charges for 'services' that non profit credit couseling agencies do for free. Many times they charge your credit card and are never heard of again.

A Google search for my name, Buddy Hodges, included a Ripoff Report which listed me as a "principal" of Leverage Connections, Inc.  This is totally false.  I understand that your intent is to expose ripoffs, and I am in favor of that. However, this report, unless corrected, is defamatory and libelous. I have contacted an attorney about this, but I want to first give you a chance to set the record straight. Here are the facts:


     1) In January of 2006, I registered the domain name LeverageConnections.com Here is a copy of the ICANN who is data from GoDaddy: Registrant:

     2) In May, 2007, Christopher Rubini incorporated Leverage Connections, Inc. I copied the information below from www.CorporationWiki.com:
Incorporated by Christopher Rubini, Leverage Connections Inc. is located at 2000 N Alafaya Trl Ste 900 Orlando, FL 32826. Leverage Connections Inc. was incorporated on Monday, May 07, 2007 in the State of FL and is currently active. Business Filings Incorporated represents Leverage Connections Inc. as their registered agent.

     3) I have never met Mr. Rubini, nor anyone else associated with Leverage Connections, Inc. It is unfortunate that they chose the same name for their corporation that I had registered as my domain. Once I discovered that fact I ceased to develop any website for that domain. I have intended to make a website on the topic of networking, and networking is a way to leverage connections. 

     4) Please correct your online report and clear my name so that I will not have to take any further legal action. Note that for the purposes of this rebuttal I am using the email address, Buddy@LeverageConnections.com, a web-based email account through GoDaddy, to prove that I own the domain. Truthfully, I have not used that email address in years, because of the above confusion. However, if you wish to contact me, please do so by email, and I will try to remember to check that email address at least once a week until this matter is resolved.
