Levin Furniture buyer beware pennsylvania
I bought 2 recliners for about $1900.After about 1 yr the so called leather started to seperate from the backing.
Called they sent out one replacement arm. The tech that replaced the arm sent pics to company showing the rest of the chairs that was wearing the same way. No response. Attached is the picture of one of the chairs (the other is the same) that went to the garbage.
I have purchased many items over the last 20 yrs but this is the last.
They do not stand behind their products.I bought extended warrenty that they did not honor.
I didn't like: Protection plan coverage not fully explained, Leather protection plan coverage is not consumer friendly, Poor customer service, Management.
