Merchant agreed to refund me $18 worth of shipping if I placed the order because the shipping estimator was incorrect. I have email documentation to prove this. I have asked for this refund multiple times and seller will not do as he agreed. His website also states that shipping is only $6.99 anywhere in the US, which is a blatant lie. I was charged $29 for shipping.Here is the following text sent from the seller prior to purchase:"I can ship to Denver for $11.95.The computer goes by the weight which maybe an error.If you want to pay what it charges. Then I will manually refund approx $18.00"and"Buy the jeans and then I will refund the extra postage."
He has since admitted that he owes me a refund on a BBB.com complaint and still refuses to complete.
