We bought an entertainment center and it was delivered with broken pieces, misaligned doors, and spotched staining. Twice again we had them deliver replacement pieces which were broken and defective. The staining of each of the three pieces were totally different. Now we are disputing the charges with Visa hoping to have some resolution such as a refund. Customer service says no refunds or returns. We should have read that policy first.
