Levitz Furniture protection plan rip-off AGAIN!! Pinole California

I bought a dining and living room package in Sept.2005. After we made the downpayment I was told that some of the items were not available and will be delivered in November,2005 but were actually delivered in March,2006. Then the lampshades were defective and it took them to 4 months to replace it.

Recently, my dining table glasstop had a chip on it so we filed claims from Guardsman because we paid a protection plan for the items. Guardsman gave us a check much lower than the cost of the merchandize because they said it was what was reflected in the invoice. They were right as I found out the price reflected on the invoice was much lower than the original price. I don't know why. Now we can't get a replacement for the glasstop.

When will Levitz be true to their commitments? When I saw them featured on TV for a complaint from a customer, I told myself it was not gonna happen to me.
